Our Jing Mai Ripe Pu-Erh Cake is made from 100-year-old trees growing wild on the slopes of the famous, protected Jing Mai Mountains. It offers sweet stream and forest aromas and pleasant, mellow flavors with notes of plum and a smooth, sweet finish. Its maocha (loose tea leaves before pressing into the cake) was harvested in 2011, and the cakes were pressed in 2014.
