Who Are We:

  B. Fuller’s Mortar & Pestle was started with a mission to create meaningful connections between people and the plant kingdom. All of us rely daily on plants and plant derived products- they fill our bodies with goodness and sustenance, and in one way or another all life depends on them. Our goal is to increase knowledge of just how profoundly plants can be our allies in lives of wellness and optimum health.

  Our herbal blends are created with an eye on how they can aid us in our lives, but also with a focus on flavor and mouth feel.

  Our black, green and botanical tea blends are designed to be beautiful before they are brewed, and tasty and invigorating after they have been infused.

What We Do:

  We are a growing business that retails and wholesales herbal infusions and classic Camelia Sinensis tea and tea blends. We vend our wares at specialty shows and at farmer’s markets in the greater Seattle area, and also offer a wide range of products on-line. In addition, you can find our superior infusions at restaurants and cafes.

Joshua:

  Joshua has spent the better part of his life in the food industry, spending time in the front of the house and the back of the house as a server, pantry man, cook and catering chef. For over 12 years he worked in the coffee industry as an operation specialist focused on quality control and retail operations and training. The impetus for B. Fuller’s came while he was on vacation in Italy after opening coffee shops in Russia. The vitality of the small village community he was in with his wife led him to start questioning his own food practices, a process that led to a deeper interest in herbal infusions and using beverages for healthy and wellness. Further research, including trips to The Findhorn Foundation created the desire to work more closely with botanical products in a way that could educate and teach people about the amazing variety of the plant kingdom and it’s health efficacy in our daily lives.
